As an Exchangite and as an entertainer, I publicly deplore the divisive and terribly disparaging remarks about our President and our war effort made by fellow entertainers. Yes, free speech is a precious liberty – but it brings with it serious responsibility. To openly criticize our President and demonstrate against American policy, both in this country and abroad, is to encourage our enemies – the very ones who are responsible for the 9/11 holocaust on our own soil – to continue their efforts to destroy us. It’s long since time for us to close ranks and support the decisions our elected leaders have made on our behalf. I believe to do otherwise is both irresponsible and un-American. Let’s continue to pray for and support our President, our administration and our military.
